About products in web shop
All products are handmade and created in a ceramic studio in Ljubljana. Products that are crafted are made permanent by firing them on high temperature that are 1230°C, 1250°C and 1300°C. These temperatures are considered that clay is fired into a material that is called stoneware. Every piece is made unique so the product on the photo can be slightly different than the one you will receive. We acknowledge that our functional ceramics has been made within all regulations and laws regarding ceramic products.
Product care instructions
Products that have marked 'suitable for contact with food', they are fired at high temperatures above 1230°C, which places them in the stoneware category. Such products can be washed in the dishwasher. The products are not oven or microwave safe.

Delivery of products
The product is delivered in cooperation with Pošta Slovenije d.o.o. The package is sent from the studio in Ljubljana by registered mail and with tracking numbers. We carefully secure the products in the package in order to prevent any damage.
The delivery provider reserves the right to verify the identity of the recipient in an appropriate way (access to personal or other documents), as this ensures that the ordered goods are handed over to the customer.
Shipping costs will be quoted before the purchase is completed. You can check them by proceeding to the checkout or by contacting us at shop@anjaslapnicar.com. In the case of shipping abroad, please note that there may be a delay in delivery or additional costs due to customs.

- Standard SLO delivery: 5€
- Personal pickup by appointment in studio at Tržaška cesta 36 in Ljubljana is free.
- Standard EU delivery: 15€
